River Channel Water Retaining
1. Preliminary Preparation
- Site survey: Confirm the geology, hydrology and surrounding environment of the installation location, and formulate a reasonable construction plan.
- Equipment inspection: Check the model, quantity and integrity of each component of the hydraulic elevator dam (such as dam body, hydraulic system, control system, etc.).
2. Foundation Construction
- Foundation pit excavation: Excavate the foundation pit of the dam body according to design requirements, treat the subsoil, and ensure the bearing capacity meets the standards.
- Reinforced concrete pouring: Bind foundation steel bars, set up formwork, pour concrete and cure until reaching the design strength.
3. Dam Body Installation
- Dam body positioning: Use lifting equipment to hoist the dam body components to the foundation position, and adjust the levelness and verticality.
- Connection and fixation: Firmly connect the dam body to the foundation through embedded parts or bolts to ensure stability.
4. Hydraulic System Installation
- Pipeline laying: Connect the pipelines of hydraulic pumps, oil cylinders, valves and other components according to the design drawings to ensure tightness without leakage.
- System commissioning: Fill with hydraulic oil, conduct no-load test run, and check the pressure, flow and action coordination of the hydraulic system.
5. Control System Installation
- Equipment installation: Install control equipment such as control cabinets, sensors, and operation desks, and connect the circuits.
- Program debugging: Write or import control programs, debug automatic and manual control functions, and ensure normal linkage with the hydraulic system.
6. Overall Debugging and Acceptance
- Linkage test run: Conduct linkage tests such as dam lifting, starting and stopping, and check the cooperative work of each system.
- Acceptance: Invite relevant parties to conduct acceptance according to specifications, and put into use after confirming that the installation quality and performance parameters meet the design requirements.
