Our Company's New Steel Sluice Gate Series Successfully Passes National-Level Quality Inspection, Boosting Water Conservancy Project Upgrades

Recently, the new steel sluice gate series independently developed by our company has successfully passed the comprehensive inspection of the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Water Resources of 

thePeople's Republic of China. All technical indicators meet and exceed the current national standards, marking a new milestone for our company in the R&D and manufacturing of steel sluice gates.


This series of steel sluice gates uses high-strength low-carbon alloy steel as the main raw material, combined with advanced welding technology and anti-corrosion treatment processes. It features outstanding advantages such as strong impact resistance, excellent sealing performance, and a long service life. The product range covers multiple categories including flat steel sluice gates, 弧形 steel sluice gates (curved steel sluice gates), and miter gates, which can be widely applied in water conservancy hubs, reservoirs, irrigation projects, urban water supply and drainage systems, and other scenarios to meet the needs of opening-closing adjustment and water retaining under different working conditions.


"The successful R&D of this new steel sluice gate series is not only a technical upgrade of traditional products, but also a concrete practice of our response to the national policy of 'strengthening weak links in water conservancy projects and enhancing supervision in the water conservancy industry'," said the company's Chief Technology Officer in an interview. "We have integrated intelligent elements into the product design; some models of the gates can be equipped with remote monitoring and automatic control systems, enabling precise operation under unattended conditions, which greatly improves the operational efficiency and safety factor of water conservancy projects."


It is understood that this series of products has obtained a number of national patents, and its environmental performance has also been certified by authoritative institutions. The solvent-free anti-corrosion coating technology used on the surface effectively reduces the impact on the water environment, in line with the development concept of green water conservancy construction. Currently, the first batch of products has been successfully applied to a large-scale irrigation area renovation project in East China. After three months of on-site operation and inspection, the equipment has been running stably and has received high praise from the project party.
